How do you know when it's time to ask for support? There's no single sign, it usually shows up as a few small things building up quietly over time, until they start affecting daily life.

Signs Worth Paying Attention To

😔 A low mood that lingers, not just a bad day, but weeks of feeling flat or heavy
🚪 Withdrawing from people you'd normally spend time with
😴 Noticeable changes in sleep or appetite, too much, too little, or very irregular
🌀 Struggling to concentrate on things that used to feel manageable
📋 Everyday tasks starting to feel overwhelming
🩺 Physical symptoms, like tension or fatigue, with no clear medical cause
🍷 Leaning on unhealthy coping habits to get through the day
🌑 A creeping sense of hopelessness about things improving
